Every signed document gets a SHA-256 hash, IP address, timestamp, and consent text. You can review the document version and signing event together.

Spanish-speaking clients sign in Spanish. The signing record stores the same event details and the Spanish consent text they saw.

Can clients sign from their phone?
Yes. They can draw with their finger on a touchscreen, type their name, or use a mouse on desktop. The signature is captured as a PNG and embedded in the signed PDF.
What if the document gets changed after signing?
It can't, without breaking the hash. We hash the estimate at signing time and store it. Any change to the document fails verification, so a tampered version is detectable.
