How fast do I get paid?

Card payments hit your bank in about 2 business days via Stripe. ACH takes 4-5. You can speed cards up to instant payouts in Stripe if you want.

What does Stripe charge?

Standard rates: 2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH. Stripe handles fraud, chargebacks, and PCI compliance. We don't add anything on top.

Can I collect deposits when clients approve?

Yes. Turn on deposits per estimate (or set an org default) and the client pays a configurable percentage right when they approve — funded directly to your Stripe account so you can order materials before you start the job.
